Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using PodProfit ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

PodProfit is a Shopify application that calculates profit margins for print-on-demand merchants by combining Shopify order revenue data with cost-of-goods-sold data from connected providers (Printful, Printify). The Service provides a profit dashboard, CSV export, and margin alert functionality.

3. Subscription and Billing

• Free plan: Up to 50 synced orders, no payment required.
• Starter plan: $19/month, billed through Shopify. Includes unlimited orders and auto-sync.
• Growth plan: $49/month, billed through Shopify. Includes all Starter features plus CSV export and margin alerts.
• All paid plans include a 14-day free trial. Billing is handled exclusively by Shopify in accordance with Shopify's billing policies.
• You may cancel at any time by uninstalling the app from your Shopify admin. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

4. Your Responsibilities

• You are responsible for ensuring that the provider credentials you connect (Printful, Printify) are valid and authorized.
• You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Shopify account.

5. Data Accuracy

PodProfit calculates profit based on data provided by Shopify and your connected providers. We do not guarantee the accuracy of COGS data returned by third-party APIs. Profit figures in the dashboard are estimates and should not be used as the sole basis for financial decisions. Always verify with your accountant.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PodProfit and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes via the app.

8. Termination

You may terminate your use of the Service at any time by uninstalling PodProfit from your Shopify admin. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the jurisdiction in which the operator is registered. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
